The city of Dublin, incorporated as a municipality under the general laws of this state, acting in the interest of and for the benefit of the Dublin Independent School District, incorporated for public free school purposes, passed an ordinance which in terms authorized the school district to close that portion of College street in said city which extends between two blocks of land owned and used by the school district. College street extends north and south, and is intersected at right angles by streets extending east and west. Vallient street so intersects College street, and extends along…
