OPINION AND ORDER ON MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM STAY

This matter is before the Court upon the Motion for Relief from Stay (“Motion”) filed by Navistar Financial Corporation (“Navistar”) and the debtors’ opposing memorandum. The Court has jurisdiction over this case pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b) and the General Order of Reference entered in this district. This is a core proceeding which the Court may hear and determine in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(1) and (2)(G).
