Appeal by defendants from a judgment for plaintiff entered on a jury verdict in an action for damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained as a result of defendants’ negligence.

On November 9,1953, plaintiff, employed by James Brucker, drove a 2%-ton truck loaded with lima beans to the warehouse of defendant Pleasant Valley for the purpose of delivering the beans to the warehouse.
