CHADICK, Chief Justice.

T. J. Greene sued The Home Insurance Company to recover the value of windstorm damage to property claimed to be due under the terms of an insurance contract. Marshall Federal Savings & Loan Association intervened and sued both T. J. Greene and The Home Insurance Company, alleging that Greene was indebted to it, and that the indebtedness was secured by a deed of trust lien on the windstorm damaged property, and claiming a right to recover the amount of the indebtedness under the terms of the insurance contract mentioned.
