The defendant James Costin and one Sam Mc-Court were jointly indicted in Sweetwater County, Wyoming, for larceny on November 6, 1980, of 32 coyote hides belonging to the State of Wyoming, of the value of $145.00. It appears that Sam McCourt was tried separately a number of months prior to the time of the trial of the defendant Costin, the latter being detained in the Federal penitentiary during MeCourt’s trial. McCourt was acquitted. What the evidence was in his case we do not know, nor is it material here. The defendant Costin was tried in March, 1932, and was convicted of…
