*551 Respondent, Julian M. Gordon, appeals as of right the final order issued by petitioner, the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs' Board of Psychology Disciplinary Subcommittee, which found that respondent, a psychologist, violated MCL 333.16221(b)( i ) (incompetence) and suspended respondent's license. We affirm.
