— Respondent Studebaker has moved to dismiss the appeal, taken to this court in this case by appellants, Holbrook and others, from the final decree rendered therein by the superior court for Cowlitz county. The motion is rested principally upon the failure of appellants to serve their notice of appeal upon the defendant First National Bank of Kelso, it being affected by the decree.
