Richard Henry Farrar, an employee of the Macon County Coal Company, was injured in an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment. At the hearing on his claim for compensation before the arbitrator it was stipulated that the employer and employee were operating under the provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation act on the date of the accident, that Farrar had sustained an injury arising out of and in the course of his employment, and that temporary compensation for the injury had been paid.
