Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his brief, from two sentences of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Rotker, J.), both imposed May 27, 1994, as amended July 20, 1994, upon his convictions of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree under Indictment No. N13746/91 and attempted burglary in the second degree under Indictment No. 3514/93, upon his pleas of guilty, the sentences being concurrent indeterminate terms of imprisonment of 10 to 20 years and 21h to 5 years, respectively.
Ordered that the sentences, as amended, are affirmed.
