On May 19,1936, a collision occurred between an automobile belonging to plaintiff, Dille Scott, in which she and plaintiffs in two other cases that were argued with this one were riding, and an automobile driven by defendant, Robert Simmons. In this collision each of these several plaintiffs received personal injuries and the automobile of Dille Scott was damaged. These actions were brought to recover for the results of said collision, it being alleged that it was caused by the negligence of defendant in the operation of his car.
