The relator, Public Employees’ Retirement Board of the State of New Mexico, brings this ’ original proceeding in mandamus against the members of the State Board of Education and the Superintendent of Public Instruction, respondents, to compel them to require their regular, full time employees, not engaged in the teaching profession, to rejoin and reaffiliate themselves with the Public Employees’ Retirement Association, and to require such employees to make contribution into the Employees’ Savings Fund of said association of all amounts past due'and owing and to continue…
