INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs are members of the law firm Metzger, Shadyac & Schwarz (“Metzger”). They instituted action in this court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1491 (1982) for an alleged breach of contract by defendant. Plaintiffs seek to recover damages in the amount of $46,562.42 owed to them as attorney fees by a non-party, Environment Consultants Inc. (ECI).
