[¶ 1] Sotero Lepe Negrete 1 pled guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance conditioned upon his right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress evidence. He claims the district court erred by denying his motion because his detention by law enforcement was unreasonable under all the cireumstances in violation of Article 1, § 4 of the Wyoming Constitution.
