Mary Chance filed a bill in the circuit court of Peoria county to set aside a deed executed by Hannah Kinsella on May 21, 1920, to John J. Kinsella, for a city lot in Peoria. There was a decree for the complainant, from which the defendant appealed.

Hannah Kinsella was the mother of the appellant and the appellee and the city lot conveyed is all the property she owned. On it were two small houses in a bad state of repair, one of which she rented for $13 a month, the other for $8 a month, except one room in which she lived. The property was worth about $1200.
