This was an action to recover a piano which the defendant, as sheriff, had seized on an execution against the plaintiff’s father. The question was as to its ownership. That question was submitted to the jury on proper instructions, and they found against the plaintiff.

The verdict must stand, unless some of the exceptions taken by the plaintiff to the admission of evidence oh the trial are valid.
