*79 In Docket No. 334157, defendant 1 appeals as of right the trial court's order awarding *80 plaintiff Debra Andreson $1,324,112.68 following a jury trial. 2 In Docket No. 336351, defendant appeals as of right the trial court's order awarding attorney fees and taxable costs to plaintiffs. We ordered these appeals to be consolidated. 3 We reverse in part and remand for entry of a judgment in favor of Debra and against defendant in the amount of $200,000. In all other respects, we affirm.
