—In an action to recover dam*361ages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Doyle, J.), dated August 17, 1998, which granted the defendants’ motion for summary judgment and denied her cross motion to compel disclosure.
Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof granting the defendants’ motion for summary judgment and substituting therefor a provision denying the motion; as so modified, the order is affirmed, with costs to the plaintiff.
