LYNCH, Circuit Judge.

A jury convicted Troy Footman of various federal crimes on evidence that he was a pimp, running a ring of prostitutes who were transported across state lines from Massachusetts to Delaware. Footman was convicted of one count of conspiring to transport women, including three minors, across state lines for the purpose of prostitution, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371; four counts of transporting minors across state lines for the purpose of prostitution, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2, 2423(a); one count of transporting an adult across state lines for the purpose of…
