*201The defendants have moved for dismissal of their driving while intoxicated (DWI) charges because the State Police issued computer generated simplified informations (hereinafter referred to as e-tickets) rather than the multicopy handwritten simplified traffic informations used for decades across New York State (hereinafter referred to as UTTs).
