PITTS, Chief Justice.
This case involves the custody of two minor children whose parents had been divorced, each had married again and each was seeking full custody of the children through separate suits filed in different states. By reason of the nature of the case, a comprehensive statement of the background should be here made. The record reveals that J. K. Applewhite, Jr. and his former wife, whose maiden name was Doris L.
