This case came before the Court on July 26,1999, on a Bill of Complaint for an injunction against the distribution of the assets of the corporation. The Complainants appeared with their counsel, E. Eugene Gunter, Esquire; and Defendants appeared with their counsel H. Edmunds Coleman, HI, Esquire. Thereupon, the Court reviewed the parties’ respective Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and all of Ihe parties’ prefiled exhibits were admitted with the exception of Complainants’ Exhibits 8 to 10, 13, and 21.
