OPINION ANNOUNCING TIIE JUDGMENT OF THE COURT

Justice CASTILLE.

This is an appeal from the denial of appellant’s petition for relief under the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA), 42 Pa.C.S. § 9541 at seq. For the reasons set forth below, we find that appellant is not entitled to relief and, accordingly, we affirm the order of the PCRA court.
