Plaintiff Peter Severino (hereinafter plaintiff) and his wife, plaintiff Patricia Severino (derivatively), commenced the instant action to recover damages arising out of an injury plaintiff sustained while working at a construction site on premises located in the Town of Colonie, Albany County, and owned and operated by defendants Schuyler Meadows Club, Inc. and Schuyler Meadows Country Club, Inc.
