In a trial to the jury the defendant was found guilty of having a weapon in a motor vehicle in violation of General Statutes § 29-38; of possession of heroin in violation of General Statutes § 19-481 (a); and of possession of cocaine in violation of the same statute. In his appeal from the judgment 1 the defendant claims error only in the failure to grant his motion to suppress certain evidence seized after a search of the automobile he was driving at the time he was taken into custody.
