In an action to recover damages for medical malpractice, etc., the defendants Northern Westchester Hospital Center and Francene Gallousis appeal, and the defendants Women’s Medi*839cal Association, PLLC, Ruth Tessler, and Annette Maffei separately appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, West-chester County (Loehr, J.), entered March 11, 2009, which denied their respective motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with one bill of costs to the defendants appearing separately and filing separate briefs,…
