It seems difficult to get this case ended. It was here once before. The judgment in favor of the plaintiff was reversed. See 147 S. C, 178, 145 S. E, 33. From the action we shall take, it may come again, although we hope not.

The appellant, as plaintiff, sued the respondent, as defendant', in the County Court of Richland County on an open account. The itemized statement, served with the complaint, showed that the respondent had purchased from the appellant goods to the amount of $1,380.73; a credit on the account by the return of…
