MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN H. SQUIRES, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the application for compensation (the “Application”) filed by Steven H. Mevorah & Associates (the “Attorneys”) as attorneys for James W. Mortakis (the “Debtor”). In the Application, the Attorneys seek the sum of $3,500 plus costs advanced for services through confirmation in this Chapter 13 case (which supercedes the Chapter 7 petition originally filed). Glenn Stearns, the Chapter 13 Standing Trustee, (the “Trustee”) partially opposes the Application. He maintains that compensation should be limited to…
