A. INTRODUCTION

We herein consider a Motion by the ex-wife of the Debtor and her counsel to dismiss the Debtor’s Chapter 13 bankruptcy case, basically on the grounds of his purported lack of “good faith,” and a Motion by the Debtor to compel a state family court judge (or more properly, the family court) to turn over to him certain funds held by the Court in connection with a partition action brought against him by the ex-wife.
