MOORE, Justice.
Plaintiffs, Larry J. Suris, administrator of the estate of O. A. Phillips, Sr., et al, brought this trespass to try title suit against H. S. DeArman and wife, Marjorie DeArman, seeking to recover title and possession of a 9.43-acre tract and a .047-acre tract of land situated in Henderson County, Texas. Plaintiffs alleged that they were the record owners of the title to the land in controversy and sought a judgment for title and possession.
