SUMMERS, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a trespass to try title suit brought by plaintiff/appellant Mrs. Helen V. Welch (Welch) against defendants/appellees J.P. Mathews, et al. (Mathews), seeking clear title to 64 acres of land located in San Augustine County, Texas. The case was tried before a jury. At the close of the evidence, the court granted defendants’ motion for an instructed verdict with respect to Article 5519a 1 and de nied it with respect to the 10-year statute of limitations, Article 5510.
