The defendant, James Ryan, appeals an order of the Superior Court {Fitzgerald, J.) granting a petition for entry of foreign judgment filed by the plaintiffs, Obispo and Leslie Brito, and denying his petition to vacate or stay the judgment. We vacate and remand.
The following facts are uncontested.
