This cause is before the court upon the Amended Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus by the above-named petitioner. It appears from the court’s examination of the matters filed herein that the petitioner is now in the actual physical custody of Bob Turner, Sheriff of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, pursuant to the judgment and sentence of the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma in Case No. CRM-74-3211.
