SHEPHERD, Circuit Judge.
Life Investors Insurance Company of America (Life Investors) brought a breach of contract action against John M. Corrado 1 alleging breach of a settlement agreement that Life Investors claimed required Corrado to repay advances of monies Cor-rado received from Life Investors. The district court granted summary judgment to Life Investors, and Corrado appealed. We reversed the grant of summary judgment and remanded the matter to the district court for further proceedings.
