MEMORANDUM

BACKGROUND
On October 18, 1999, the debtor filed a chapter 13 bankruptcy case and on May 15, 2000 her chapter 13 plan was confirmed. On July 31, 2000, upon the debt- or’s election, an order was entered converting the case to chapter 7. Now before the Court is the debtor’s “Motion To Dismiss Chapter 7 Bankruptcy” (the “Motion”) which seeks dismissal of the chapter 7 bankruptcy case under 11 U.S.C. § 707.
