Walter Lee Rhone, Jr., appeals from the circuit court's denial of his petition for post-conviction relief, filed pursuant to Rule 32, Ala.R.Crim.P. In 1999, Rhone was convicted of capital murder; he was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.
