Before the Court is the Motion for Summary Judgment1 filed by Hanover Insurance Company (“Hanover”). Therein, Hanover requests that summary judgment be entered in its favor upon a finding that Hanover no longer owes SnoWizard, Inc. (“SnoWizard”) a defense.
