MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
DEARIE, District Judge.
In this action, plaintiffs allege that defendant discriminated against them on the basis of age in contravention of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. The matter is before the Court on plaintiffs’ motion for authorization to proceed with the case as an “opt-in” class suit pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 216(b) and for authorization of notice to potential opt-in plaintiffs.
