OPINION

LEE, Justice.

Appellant was charged in a multi-count indictment with the murders of three persons and the attempted murder of a fourth person during the commission of an aggravated robbery. Appellant was arrested following a two-month investigation. 1 Pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, appellant pled guilty to two counts of aggravated robbery, one count of murder, and one count of attempted capital murder.
