OPINION ON APPELLANT’S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

Appellant was charged in a multi-count indictment with the murder and aggravated robbery of Manuel Carrillo, the murder and aggravated robbery of Francisca Rincón-Garza, the murder and aggravated robbery of Abraham Moisés Ramos Vargas, and the attempted capital murder of Julio Gallegos.
