IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF KANSAS KANSYS STAFFING GROUP, LLC, Plaintiff, Case No. 24-2176-DDC-TJJ v. QRAILS, INC., et al., Defendants. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER Plaintiff Kansys Staffing Group, LLC has sued defendants QRails, Inc. and XTM, Inc., alleging a number of contract and tort claims. All the claims stem from a staffing agreement signed by Kansys Staffing and QRails. Kansys Staffing appears to have served both defendants properly.
