*931T.J.H., the mother of M.L.H., appeals a judgment of the Caddo Parish juvenile court that irrevocably dissolved and terminated her parental rights and certified the child for adoption. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
FACTS
M.L.H. was born on August 28, 2015. Her mother, T.J.H, has a moderate intellectual disability (formerly known as mental retardation ) with an IQ of 52, and she is HIV-positive.1 M.L.H.'s biological father is unknown.2 Additionally, the mother has reported that she is bipolar, schizophrenic and that she has ADHD.
