The instant matter, the Fifth Application of Cohen, Shapiro, Polisher, Shiekman and Cohen (hereinafter referred to as “the Applicant”) for Interim Attorneys’ Fees for Professional Services rendered on behalf of the Debtor in Possession, has been remanded for findings or an explanation of the rationale for any disallowances in the amount claimed.
