Decedent died December 17, 1942, survived by two sisters, a brother, and four children of a predeceased brother, as his distributees. Letters of administration were issued on January 12, 1943, to the brother, upon the consent of the other distributees, and he proceeded to administer the estate to the point of complete marshalling of the assets, no part of which was ever distributed and which now appear to be substantially intact.
