On May 21, 1996, plaintiffs Paul and Julie Conti filed suit against defendants Howard L. Blau, the law firm of Carway & Flipse, its individual name members Jacqueline S. Carway and Adrienne L. Flipse, and the entity Carway, Flipse & Blau.
