The insurance coverage issues in this declaratory judgment suit arise from a class action filed in South Carolina State Court (the “State Action”) by Defendants Elizabeth O’Donnell, Mary Ann Neaton and John Buiel (the “Homeowners” or “Homeowner Defendants”), on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated.
