A jury found defendants Donald Larson and Donald Larson, Inc. ("DLI") liable for breach of express warranty, breach of the implied warranty of workmanlike construction, and fraud in connection with the construction of a house for plaintiffs Timothy D. Shafman and Mary C. Donlon. Defendants appeal from the judgment and the order denying their post-trial motions, arguing primarilythat the record contains insufficient evidence of fraud and, with respect to the warranty claims, that the trial court erred in admitting evidence regarding another house constructed by defendants.
