On March 2, 1907, the grand jury of Cook county returned an indictment against Herman Zajicek, alias Herman Bilik, alias Professor Herman, charging him with the murder of Mary Vrzal. It is not contended by plaintiff in error (called Bilik) that the proof is such that a reversal should be had on the ground that the evidence did not warrant the verdict.
