Defendant Michael Rullo was arrested in East Boston, Massachusetts on November 8, 1989 and indicted on November 16, 1989 for possession and distribution of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), conspiracy to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), use and carrying of a firearm during a drug trafficking crime in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 111(b).
