OPINION
HARBISON, Chief Justice.
The single issue presented in this worker’s compensation case is the propriety of the action of the trial judge in ordering death benefits commuted and paid in a lump sum to the surviving husband of the deceased employee. An evidentiary hearing was held after which the trial judge concluded that commutation and payment in a single sum were for the best interest of the dependent husband.
