MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Before the court is defendants’, General Electric and Tom Lime, motion for summary judgment, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56(c), filed on March 14, 1997. Plaintiff, Jerry Kirkpatrick (“Kirkpatrick”), filed a timely response on April 8, 1997. 1 Pursuant to Local Rule 7.1(e)(2) (E.D.Mich.
